If it didn't improve the original in any way, it wouldn't be worth buying. This version is actually worse. Just hunt down a disc on Amazon.

Huh. I swore it was last I checked. Oh well.
And I've already bought the hd version and played through the entire game numerous times since I got it. It does look a lot nicer than the ps2 version, and it comes with an extra that lets you view the rayman origins artwork that was available in the collectors edition that was only released in Europe and Australia. I live in North America and the only money I have is the $20 psn card that I used to get Rayman 3 HD anyways.
My point is I'm not going to spend more money
money that I don't even have right now on something I currently own that I'm able to play through just fine even if there's a few things off about it. If anyone has a working physical copy of the original I'd only suggest getting the HD version if you want more eye candy, and that's it because the gameplay isn't nearly as smooth.
