Well, you can address your complaints to the writer of the main MGS series(I think you're a fan of it?), as he is writing MGR.

No, Kojima is not writing it, he's just co-directing, which even worse and might go along the way like MPO.

Actually, there wasn't a game at all, Kojima has said this several times in interviews. They didn't know how to make an action game, so it was handed over to Platinum. So no, that was not a more promising game.

True, but the original concept trailer and the main concept seemed better than this. Also, you could sneak, unlike in this one.
