Yeah, I got it for Christmas. The art that comes in the album's booklet is so bizarre. Sufjan's a weird guy.
I was worried that this would sound too different from his other stuff, but it really just sounds like his regular schtick, just played through electronics. It also feels a lot more personal than Illinois or Michigan. Still getting into it, though, so I have a lot to discover; there are so many layers of sound and melodies buried in each song, so I'm looking forward to uncovering all the secrets of the Age of Adz.
I actually haven't listened to Impossible Soul yet. Heard the first couple seconds and realized that I didn't have time to listen to an entire 25 minute song, so I decided to savor it for later. Will check it out soon.
