We can delay the adventure one more week if you guys need time.

As for the adventure, can people make sure they're ready? You're liable to die in a number of horrible ways, including (but probably not limited to) death by lava, death by monsters, death by death-trap and (not least of all) death by falling extraordinarily long distances oh my goodness yes. Therefore, bringing your best enchanted gear may not be the wisest idea - don't expect people to reply to your cries of 'Who's got my stuff?'. Still, please ensure you're ready before the start time (9PM GMT, Saturday coming or the one after - watch this space).

Please make sure you're equipped with weapons, food (expect a lot of travelling) and anything else you might want to bring. I recommend you have a minecart with you, and it would be handy if people could also bring beds to use to set spawn points later on so as to save some teleporting. I also request people bring extra food and swords, to hand out to any who fall to the aforementioned hazards.

It would be really helpful if everyone could have access to Skype for the event, even if they don't have a mic. A lot of story and instructions will be given out in books, which can, of course, only be read by one person at a time, slowing things down if they have to be passed around. There will also be moments when I'd like to say things quickly and have them reacted to, and it'll be rather slow if I have to type them out instead. So please come capable of listening in on Skype.

Finally, I strongly recommend that everybody who intends on participating watches Darkhoodness's video of Part 1 of the adventure which I will edit into this post as soon as I've waded back through this thread and found it.

We will meet where Part 1 ended, at the Longhouse of the Dragon Slayers (travel west, into the setting sun, from Ma'Spa Depot).
