I hate to break this to you . . . *looks around furtively for sligs with batons or maybe even guns* . . . but Oddworld isn't real. It's whatever OWI makes it. Maybe you meant you wanted to see it more like in AO/AE. I liked the backgrounds in those games better, too, but those were a whole 'nother animal. I loved AO and AE, but it's a 3D world now.

Clearly a lot of money(SOBE) was involved with the Xbox switch of Munch, no matter how much OWI tries to say because its more powerful.

I'm no fan of the Sobe thing, but if any money was involved in the switch to XBox, and it is my opinion that there certainly was, it came from Microsoft. I've been playing MO for several hours and I've only seen one Sobe vendo. The game even jokes about it being blatant product placement. It's small potatoes.

There's no reason to call people names, this is the purpose of a forum, to talk about these sort of things. If you don't like the subject, then just don't post a reply.

Noone called anyone a name. There's a lot of exasperation with this question because it comes up again and again. I think you're right that if this subject makes you impatient you should just ignore it or post a less empassioned reply, but I don't think anyone was completely out of line, least of all Dequibenzo, who was just joking around. This is Oddworld Forums, after all.
