Maybe, and I believe in it too, but that doesn't mean it is really MGSV. MGS2 was initially called MGSIII, it was supposed to be just Solid Snake as the playable character. How did that turned out? I think we should just wait for what's coming out from this. If you really know Kojima, that I think you do, he's a major troll, so...let's just wait.
