Nintendo Land sounds kind of interesting, though I don't really know what it is. Is it just a collection of minigames?

Yeah there minigames that are set in many Nintendo franchises like Mario, Animal Crossing, Zelda ect. Apparently most of them been put together very well and is great first experience with the Wii U. The time I play it at Eurogamer was very fun indeed
