I'm going to be charitable and assume he was saying 'You don't need to kill anyone except the target' which tells me that Nespotic obviously hasn't played a Hitman game before this, because that's basically the biggest draw of the franchise since 2.
Now if you really don't have to kill anyone most of the time, that sort of goes towards proving my point, the review I read saying 80% of missions were 'Get from place A to door B'. Which I really really want to be wrong, because I loved the old Hitman games.
