Actually, it kind of makes sense that you should, you know, be prepared to accept consequences of your actions. Arguing that marijuana should be legal is one thing, but if you're asking me if you should accept the risk of being arrested for breaking the law? Yeah, you fucking should.

But he wasn't saying you shouldn't accept the risk of being arrested should you break the law. He was saying that it's wrong that this particular law's there to begin with.
