My Stranger's Wrath HD for PC has got a very big lag (making the game unplayable) even with default settings. My graphic card is an ATI Radeon HD 5700 Series.

What resolution are you running it at? Do you have any anti-aliasing enabled? Do you have instance rendering or Vsync enabled?
