The running bug is fixed in the latest patch, at least on my machine I'm not having trouble with it anymore. I can't remember what the solution was...
To clarify on menus, Glitcher tried to remove all auto highlights but forgot some. He'd punch me in the face if I told him to redo them. We've already had to put him in a straightjacket to get him to do the Vita menus.
