Fallout 3 is a good standalone game. And it's got *great* reviews (like 9/10 masterpiece or even more). So it's not really accurate.
And it's stripped from the elements of the original series I loved the most (e.g. good story), this is why It's not a good Fallout game and as I judge sequels by the original games and not by what it'd be if it wasn't a sequel (They called it Fallout 3 after all) I can't even classify it as a "good game".
