I believe you were banned because you (or your account) destroyed most of Ma'Spa town with dynamite and fire.
Whether or not you did it, your account was used for it. And if your password was stolen, well, what's to stop someone just stealing it again? Do you have a sibling who uses your computer?
Either way, I think you can understand why we don't want to take a risk. The whole town was destroyed.
