Also, guns aren't the prob, it is the criminal justice system over here that is messed up. Over 50 percent of crimes take place waiting for a trial, a 4.7 percent of black people are responisible for more than sixty percent of all black crime. !0 t0 life is often turned into three years and back on the streets because of "good behavior". Juvie justice is just as big, if not a biggerr travesty. Sixty days in juvie hall is the average for someone who rapes people with a weopon such ass a knife or a gun! Then they go back on the streets and commiit hundreds upon hundreds of crimes, some do thousands, costing almost 400 hundred thousand in damages and lives, which cannot be measured in mere money or property. The BAFT is also horrible, just look at Waco and the less publisicized case of Randy Weaver.

Real Statistics are misleading. Your Made-up Statistics are even more so. Besides, how can you accuse a Justice System that enforces the Death Penalty of being too lenient? No, actually, don't answer that one, we've already had that argument...
