1. Because it's more legal and isn't morally wrong.

3. Would you consider people sick for killing somebody in a racing game (where the aim of the game is to win races rather than hurt people - like WipEout) or greveously bodily harming someone in a wressling game? (since those two examples were completely different I would prefer two answers...please)
1. Golfers, cops, and pilots use realistic simulations to train in their professions. A game were you are acting as a criminal killing, robbing, etc has the protential of being used by criminals and want-a-be criminals as training for crime. That is why I am against such a game.

3. Those are more based off of fantasy. Heck...I play some games just to blow heads off monsters (ie Turok series for the N64) for stress relief. Yes some games like wrestling you hurt people on purpose, but in others you don't HAVE to. For instance in the snoozer lv with all the interns...you don't HAVE to keep plugging the interns with tranks until they die...but you can if you want. Many games are based more on fantasy then RL...that's why I don't oppose the violence depicted in them.
But a game like GTA...that is based COMPLETELY off of RL crime! I can just imagine a teenager thinking 'Wow if they are making games of stuff like this(RL crime)...it must be ok to do it for real!'

I know I may sound like I am contracting myself...but I am not. If I didn't state the differences clearly enough, let me know and I'll try again.
