PD: looks like a Rat exsecpt has small arms, and can talk
other: The rasien made Shishtop a special Rat becuse he was intended to help all of oddworld get along, but that did'nt work so he let him free of his Mighty Rasien control and alowed him to roam oddworld as he wished.
is that ok? ill chage it if it is'nt?
