Server has been updated to CraftBukkit 1.3.1-R0.1 Dev Build #2295.
Still a dev build and thus still possibly unstable!
It seems like this build removed colored wooden stairs (anything other than regular wooden stairs). Either that or someone stole them from the Ma'spa Warehouse
