And again, an example of these mythical vague threat 'rage comics' would be great to have some context in what you're talking about. My point has been that when there's a sufficiently threatening scenario, 'they' will react (but not the Army or Police as they have very little to do with it), and usually a sufficiently threatening scenario is naming a time and place with intent. You are saying that people are constantly doing this all over the internet a million times a day and as such it is impossible for people to get caught, which is incorrect.
