I know where the light on that CAM came from, but how did you create the shade of light?

I used one of the spotlight effects of photoshop (I don't remember how it's called, it's just under the lens flare effect -_-') on a black layer that I put on the "Screen" blend mode. Then, I gaussian blur'd.
Sorry if it's not clear, I'm at work for the moment, I can't tell you precisely. I'll probably edit in 3 hours. ^^
