Also if you turn on the subtitles in that vid the Scout says 'That freak's not in here is she'.

The audio clearly says 'He', so it's either a typo or an intentional troll. And given that Youtube CCs can be community-contributed, I'm not going to read too much in to it until I see proof that the text came directly from Valve.
