As I said, it's probably not, but it's annoying how these things come and go, it used to be blinking, really hard, which in part comes down to the diagnosis I have dry eyes, but really clenching them tightly shit and squeezing funny faces was sort of a bit beyond that. When I ate I used to make funny noises as well, like little grunts or squeaks, that stopped years ago, but the principal is largely the same.
