I don't want to repeat myself so I'll phrase it a little differently this time: there's nothing wrong with torrenting.
"Torrent" is not synonymous with "pirate".
Crashpunk says you should never torrent an indie game, but the Humble Bundles have official torrents. Would he not use those?
