I don't try to justify pirating shit to myself. If I do it I just accept that I'm doing the wrong thing.
I rarely pirate tings anymore. The last game I pirated was Captain Comic 2, which you can't even buy anymore.
e: Some of the music we get given from the music teachers are school to study is of questionable legality, but most of the time they do the right thing.
