The fact that the Space Jockey from the first movie turns out to just be a giant humanoid in a weird suit really really pisses me off (and consequently, ruins the original "Alien").

I was really surprised of it rather than pissed off about it, I mean, Space Jockey was a complete mystery back then anyways. I can see how this is bad for some though.
