I'm not going to lie, this
is kind of annoying for me. But anything that discourages a rift between veterans and new guys is probably good in the long run.
More to the point, I'm pretty sure I've peaked in terms of Rep hierarchy, so this will serve well to slow the ascent of potential usurpers.
