I feel like that, mostly at school. But its rational because at my school I'm likely to get yoghurt poured down my back.

Man that sounds like some of the shit that goes on at my school. Stupid.
Anyway I have the same fear of people behind me. I always cringe and flinch whenever I hear footsteps behind me. I think it's because I got bullied a lot when I was in primary school and people used to attack me from behind.
