Point of clarification: Are you suggesting that when they say 'Lock this place up so tight', that 'this place' is the Brewery, but that they lock it up by preventing access from Feeco? If yes, that doesn't affect my original point that Feeco was on tighter security than normal.

Right, but security would only be that tight at the Brewery gate. I can't imagine why a major transportation hub would lock down all the gates when they were only trying to prevent Abe from getting to one location. That's not to say that they didn't up the general security. Oddworld TSA, anyone?
