I agree with Lampion that you can't believe that God does not exist and then assert that God can influence anything. That does not compute, Will Robinson. Perhaps more to the point, if you don't believe in God but your actions are influenced by God, you are either too easily influenced (i.e., by a non-existent entity) or are kidding yourself about the existence of God. But certainly it is possible, and actually likely, that the actions of people that believe in God are influenced by that belief.

people's actions', I wasn't necisarily(sp) refering to the person answering the questions.
Example:
I don't belive in God but Mr Nobody does. Norbert Nobody belives that he will be punished if he does wrong therefore he is a good little alliterated boy. From my point of view, there is no God but NN is still acting in fear of God.
I belive there is no God yet I belive the impression of God inside Norbert's psyche influences his decisions.
