I've just joined and I've worked out how Camtool.exe works!
Only saying this because i could tell people how to do it if they don't know.
Edit: oops it crashed after loading
Edit: Ok this is how you do it... Open command prompt then use the cd command to go to where you have Camtool and stuff type
Camtool.exe -r (Whatever the bitmaps you want in the game's called).bmp (Which screen you want to replace).CAM

I believe this was because Paul had supposedly 'left' at this point and no one knew how to use his .cam file utility (it was a command line utility). I think this wasn't long after I upgraded from Windows 98 so I knew quite a bit on command line applications whenever I needed to use MS-DOS 7 for one.
