The one that I get told off for constantly is that I really, really hate people sitting or walking behind me and it makes me feel nervous and angry so I end up either slowing down to let people pass, sit at the back of the bus/train or I'll keep taking note of where other people are around me. It leads to a lot of staring sometimes.

I hate that too... A lot.. Maybe not as much as you.... But if someone walks behind me at the same speed as me, I usually speed up or slow down and let them pass.
It doesn't bother me that much in the bus though. But at restaurants... I get very stressed if I don't get to sit with my back against the wall. Sitting with my back against the room just make me feel so extremely vulnerable and exposed x_x
Im sure most people prefer sitting with their backs against the wall.
