Yeh I know, as soon as I felt something go I stopped for a few days, I'm a little bit upset though, because this time last year I was lifting 20 kg bags of cement powder and 15 kg window parts, albeit with a lot of trouble, but I still managed, so I do need to do something to get to the level I was at last year. =/

yeah, it's the same on most farms. we used shit off construction sites too, like the cement you mentioned. the worst were the bags of dehydrated lime we used to spread on the cattle stalls to stop infection. that shit could burn and for some reason the bags were made from fucking
paper, and still at 25kg each. it was too easy accidentally ripping one open and having it pour down your back.
