Yes a lot of people have experienced those issues, there was a thread on Stranger HD bugs and glitches started by JAW I believe, for us to report them. These will be fixed in a patch that's 'coming soon'.
If I remember right, they decided to change Stranger's shirt to red to match the opening cinematic. For some reason though, in all the other FMVs it is green.
