It's a Mudokon. His ponytail is sticking out to the right. Above him is an eye symbol.
My avatar is a Live Ammo that was cut from Stranger's Wrath quite early on. I don't know what it did. It's mostly called 'porcupine' in filenames, but I did find a single reference to it being called a Pokeypine.
