NV is slightly better than FO3.

I liked the way you had more control over the story, but I think the world felt really empty compared to FO3. I just enjoyed myself in FO3 more, too. I don't know what it was about the world, but it just felt more exciting.
NV did have lots of cool new stuff, though. I really need to give it another go, as I never actually finished it.
