If I believed I had no soul, and someone wanted to buy then, then sure I'd 'sell' it.
But I am not sure whether we have a soul or not, or what it even means, so no I wouldn't sell it.
However I don't think you could sell a soul by creating an earthly contract regarding it, so if someone was willing to do that then yes
