I had no idea it was released either until I saw someone mention the Family-Fun Russian roulette gun they use (pops a balloon, not your head). It was totally worth seeing. Get on that, dawg.

They were long books, hence, long films. Doesn't explain why the longest Potter book was made into the shortest Potter film. I loved those films to death and there are plenty of others who feel the same way. Wait til you see the Extended Editions of LOTR. You'll think the original films are like a picnic in comparison. We're talking almost double the total running time with a lot of plot resolved.
