There's a large, flat, unclaimed area behind the Enderman with good public transport links and a sea view.

Enchilado has his house hidden somewhere around there though so you may want to find and make a note of that before you build anything there.
EDIT: Oh and BTW, if you haven't already you all should really go look at the RF topic in Fan Corner and read what I've said there. There may be a possibility for people to contribute components/designs to the project.
