I have trouble believing you have ever had an experience significant enough for you to say this statement non-sarcastically.

I don't think there's an objective way to judge if someone else should be enjoying their life based on
their experiences and circumstances.
If someone says non-existence wouldn't be worse than their own life, I don't see how you can really argue with them without basing your argument on what
you personally value about life.
