The underwater tunnel in Genesis was my doing, I think Edd completed it so that it reached the Apartments. It takes some time and patience, surely. Although I carefully planned the tunnel to go just under the bottom of that lake (I put in glass blocks, remember?), so what I did was quickly placing blocks wherever there was water flooding into the tunnel.
