I like both AO/AE.AE does have easy to see markers for secret areas,but in AO finding secret areas isnt so hard,you just need to explore,if you hear sounds of meat saws look around,if you notice falling rocks go for it,or you can just randomly hit any wall till abe crouches and goes in a secret area.Or if you see a slig on a lonely ledge....
