I don't know about AO, as I haven't finished it, but it's not like there are any actual puzzles in AE.

Well okay, obstacles then. I suppose most of them aren't exactly puzzles... Some levels are, though, like some of the secret areas, and the parts where you have to possess the glukkons and get them to the emergency telephones.
