All these things are at different stages of production and in the hands of different groups. Munch and Stranger are being worked on by separate groups of programmers. All the art and design are done. That leaves the designers and artists working on Abe HD, which thanks to the engine won't need much attention from programmers, who can follow up on Munch and Stranger by turning to Hand of Odd.

But yeah so no work has been done on HoO yet, as the programmers are on SWHD/MOHD and the artists on AOHD.
