Okay, I've waited long enough.
Still bumbling through Sequence. I'm doing pretty well now, I almost wish I'd set the difficulty higher. It's really refreshing to play something that directly tests your skill - not a simulation of another activity, but something that actually challenges you to hit buttons on a keyboard. Most people probably think they can do that pretty well, so it's about time there was a good game to test it.
The script is okay. Some is funny, some is painful, and the 'emotional' elements, though not stellar, are certainly better than a lot that I've played. I really liked Sir Percival. Fuck it, I am Sir Percival. I'm really enjoying the music by this point, which is good, because my casual head-bobbing actually helps me to keep time. The art is also pretty nice, but it's the loot descriptions that really make the game.
"Flower - Someone who flows."
"Orthopedic Shoes - You'll stand corrected!"
"Hyperbic Acid - How you're holding this I have no idea, it dissolves all known substances."
"Meat Loafers - Eewww."
Also, there is an item called the Cape Cod Cod Cape.
