You're kidding, right? It had its moments, but on the whole it just went on and on and on.
I don't think I'll ever forget the cutscene where Otacon raves on and on about fucking biped robots, though. So boring. I spent the whole thing wondering why I hadn't skipped it yet.

It's subjective, but I got sucked into MGS so hard that I enjoyed every single cutscene. The one with Otacon wasn't that bad (not the brightest part of a game as well)
