I thought the ending of Mirror's Edge was beautiful (obvious spoilers). The song is great.
This one requires a bit of backstory. In Dark Souls, you've just killed the boss Quelaag the Chaos Witch and this is her sister, Quelaan. You're able to talk to her if you have a special ring and what she says to you is pretty sad when you realize what you've done.
I'll be honest, I almost cried when I first heard this during the credits. If you've played Arkham City, you'll know why.
