Like I said, it's about expressing yourself clearly. Texts in the English language generally follow in a logical progression from one thought to the next. Therefore, it makes sense to start a post with what you're referring/responding to (i.e. the quoted post) and then follow it with your own input. Putting the quote at the end is incredibly confusing.
Now, you may say that it is a perfectly acceptible approach. You might even try to convince us that it's a better way of posting. But first you need to accept out way of doing things before trying to change them.
