I have no idea. They are working more closely with Mojang now but they cleaned up the code in Bukkit to better support 1.2. As a result a lot of the plugins MIGHT not work from the start and have to be updated by the developers of those plugins.
So yeah I couldn't begin to give you an estimate, unfortunately.
