That's more of a reason to add it to the PS3 version and not the PC. Bear in mind that the PC HD update is also being syphoned to people who have already bought it.

My thinking with that was if the PS3 more or less flopped then why would they spend more money on developing extra content for it. Also, if the PS3 version flopped, then they are possibly trying to shoehorn in additional content for the pc release that may make people slightly more interested in buying it.
Not saying that I'm right.
