Snow and cobwebs are obtainable fairly easy IMO. I've pondered about ice, didn't know what to charge for it.

Neither cobwebs nor snow are obtainable. You can craft snow
blocks, but there's a chance someone might want to place a thin film of snow on something. Not a priority, though.
Thinking about ice, it would break the Nether. Don't suppose there's any easy way for ice to be removed from the inventory of anyone entering it?
