My banner is there to look cool, and display the link to my site in a cool animated way. The rest of my sig is just a few quotes from various sources which I thought sounded cool.
I used to have a seperate animated picture to link to my site, and my Banner used to say "Dark Hood: Ignore me I'm being dumb", and instead of the lines of text I had this really cool marquee, which was small in size, but very very long. I had to merge my animated picture advertising my site with my banner, so it fitted to within the rules. The Marquee I had to remove because it cocked up on some computers.
